Job Overview:

Global Electronics Manufacturing Company is seeking diligent and detail-oriented females aged 18-30 years for the position of Assembly Operator. The primary responsibility will be electronics assembly at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Devanahalli General Industrial Area, Bangalore Rural, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling Electronic Components: Accurately assembling electronic parts and components as per the specified guidelines and instructions.
• Quality Control: Conducting quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet the company's quality standards.
• Equipment Handling: Safely operating and maintaining assembly equipment and tools.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control data.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Working efficiently within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• 10th Grade
• 12th Grade
• ITI
• Diploma
• Graduation (Non-Technical)
• Age Range: 18-30 years
• Gender: Female candidates only

Skills and Competencies:

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in assembling and inspecting electronic components.
• Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small parts.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Communication Skills: Basic communication skills for reporting and documentation.
