- Ensure the global responsibility of its production area, with the aim of guaranteeing the respect of the production schedule with the right quality in complete safety and at the best cost.


- Ensure that the manufacturing programs defined in collaboration with the logistics department are carried out in accordance with the deadlines and quality standards -Examine production problems and coordinate actions to be taken -Implement with the maintenance department the necessary means to maintain the production means operational -work with the production support services, solutions likely to increase productivity


• Manage production meetings and QRQCs in the workshop


• Organize production flows and workstations


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and respect for the environment


• Carry out individual interviews for the recruitment of new operators and ensure their training.


• Ensure the application of the QMS.


• Control the safety levels on the production equipment.


• Prepare and manage the weekly and monthly indicators of the workshop


• Ensure the versatility of his team and the update of the versatility matrix of his workshop


• Participate effectively in inventories


• Participate in new projects and manage the start-up of new production equipment.


• Participate in technical innovation projects within the framework of Industry 4.0 (MES, CMMS, etc.)




Qualifications:




Industrial Technician/ engineering


Basic MS Office Computer Skill + Quality + Operation + Planning + lean manufacturing More than 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role in manufacturing.


Strong interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with BIC team members in order to provide production support Safety focused.


Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them as appropriate.


Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and desire to deliver results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to work effectively in an environment where priorities and assigned tasks change quickly Teamwork, effective communication, Skills in problem solving, team management
