Job Description

Responsibilities :-

Collaborate with Supplier Quality team in their communication with material suppliers, related to the development and validation of detailed material specifications for new materials, and the resolution of any quality issues.

Evaluate and monitor component parts, assemblies and raw materials by adhering to exceptional quality standards

Review and ensure projects for components (including electronic), small systems, processes or materials take into account customers, product performance, packaging, cost and quality requirements

Introduce manufacturing processes and materials to high-volume production facilities

Identify, qualify, select and recommend equipment, process, tools, materials (IDM/EDM)

Specify, order, and assure proper implementation of new process equipment and tooling

Participate on new product development teams (NPD) as assigned

Provide strong direction for "Design for Manufacturing/Assembly" (DFM,DFA)

Take on assignments that relate to new or existing manufacturing operations located globally

Coordinate the planning and development of processes and equipment that incorporate the most advanced cost effective technology for engine assembly, machining, measurement, and material handling

Qualification: Bachelors degree

Exp: Min 3 yrs experience
