• Oversee and manage the assembly of hydraulic press machines and components, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and specifications.
• Handle manpower effectively, assigning tasks, and managing assembly teams to optimize productivity.
• Conduct functional and pressure testing on assembled hydraulic systems to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with hydraulic systems during assembly and testing phases.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and modifications made.
• Ensure all assembled machinery meets stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and quality assurance to enhance assembly processes and product quality.

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in assembly, particularly with hydraulic press machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in hydraulic systems assembly.
• Familiarity with assembly tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage assembly operations effectively.
