Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Fitter to join our team at a start-up recruitment and consulting company focusing on various sectors. As an Assembly Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. This is a full-time position located in Amod, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- ITI fitter certification or equivalent
- Experience in blow molding or machine building
- Good knowledge of plastic field and CIPET
- Strong mechanical engineering skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Assemble and fit components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Ensure accuracy and quality of assembled products
- Operate various tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Perform mechanical adjustments and alignments as necessary
- Troubleshoot and repair assembly issues
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and deadlines
- Document and report any defects or malfunctions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
