Assembly Engineer ( Machine Building)
Job Description
Qualification : BE- Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 3-5 years/ 5-8 years in Assembly of Machine Building Unit /Heavy Fabrication/ Fabrication/ Engineering Industry prefered.
Candidate should be able to Plan and Organise the Assemblies for Machine Building Units Independently.
Soft Skills : Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills, Positive Attitude, Self Confident, Team Management Skills, Coaching Team Members, Developing Skills of Team Members, Hard Working, Committed, Flexible, creative thinking, Trouble Shooting Skills.
Technical Skills:
• Good Technical Skills
• Aware of fits and tolerance followed in the machine building
:
• Planning & Organising assemblies for machine building units independently
• Motivate & Guide a team of Engineers/Fitters/Welders/Helpers to get the machine units assembled as per drawings given and as per target scheduled.
• Trouble Shooting of Assembly activities
• Meeting companys monthly production targets every month
