Qualifications BE / B Tech or equivalent in Software Engineering with / without Post Graduation in Quality related topics Knowledge on Functional safety, ASPICE quality standard would be added advantages Automotive Domain is mandatory Process Definition and Quality Assurance (Process Deployment) experience as per ISO9001, CMMI L5 models in Software Engineering Knowledge about FMEA and DRBFM processes would be added advantages Hands on Experience in Software development and engineering process Knowledge of ECU SW development RDCT lifecycle Knowledge of Quality Methods with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns using quality tools and problem solving techniques Additional Information Overall 5-10 years of working experience 3 -4 years of Quality assurance and process consultancy Worked as Project Quality Analyst with knowledge ion ASPICE Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Experience in Automotive Embedded industry. Passionate about Quality, process deployment, process optimization and defect prevention methods Self-driven and Self-motivated to achieve targets Adaptive to challenging situations Good communication skills (both written and oral) and convincing skills
