Through the intelligent use of analytics, we have helped companies worldwide achieve operational efficiencies by creating automated data management solutions integrated within their existing systems.

Aspect Ratio is rapidly expanding in the space of Analytics & Data Science and we\'re looking for experienced candidates to be part of our team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with large datasets and in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Qualification: 4 year Engineering degree. An MBA or any specialized course work in Data Science is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with large datasets using MS Excel, SQL and designing machine learning solutions using Python/R. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Experience in story boarding for C-Suite will be advantageous.

Areas of delivery for the team include:

- Connect with clients to understand their Data Science needs

- Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions

- Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings & recommendations to senior leadership teams

- Build predictive models to drive business decisions

- Automate existing process to drive efficiency

- Present results to clients and get buy-in

Requirements:

Responsibilities of the individual include:

- Effectively lead a team of analysts to meet a clients analytical requirements

- Manage and meet client expectations

- Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution

- Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform

- Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/root causes

- Design robust and scalable prediction algorithms

Skills required:

- Expertise in Data Science algorithms - in-depth understanding of the math behind the algorithm

- Excellent story boarding skills to present findings to C-Suite executives

- Excellent communication skills

- Passionate about the latest technology trends with a desire for innovation

- Expertise in Python or R

- Expertise in MS Excel & SQL
