Job Summary Responsible for providing support to admin functions, taking ownership of end-to-end responsibilities and management. Position: This position requires one to work Onsite
Onsite Address : 3F, Brilliant Platina, Plot No.8, Sch. No.78, Indore, India, Madhya Pradesh.
Role Reports into: Managing Director


Job Responsibilities:
• Vendor Management - Contract administration along with complete purchasing process and invoice processing.
• Need to have clear understanding on how to deal with vendors and process requisitions, orders, and license management.
• Should be able to support recruitment in onboarding functions as and when required.
• Asset management
• Good with negotiation skills and petty cash management whenever needed.
• Operating workflow in areas like payments, complaint, changes and orders to be placed.
• Maintaining and managing Vendor staff and their operations
• Must be familiar with organizing corporate events, Employee Engagement related activities, Seminars and managing the related procurement requirements.
• Expense and Connection Management - help installing and verifying internet expense bills for 1st level reimbursement and corporate connection bill for finance submission. Being the POC for connectivity related issues including vendor liasioning
• Should be able to facilitate WAH arrangements like Documentations, system shipments, Retrievals Internet Connectivity etc.
• Provide regular update to all stakeholders




Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: • College Degree or equivalent experience
• Should be a local resident of Indore.
• Prior relevant work experience of 2-3 years will be an added advantage
• Preferred Experience in Admin Functions (IT Services would be an add-on).
• Excellent comprehension skills, understanding of market and vendor dealings.
• Basic MS office skills (Excel, Power point and word)
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
• To have good command over Microsoft Office and excellent in managing funds.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to work in 24•7 shifts
