Job Summary
We are hiring Recruiter\xe2\x80\x99s with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience, from talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring great employees to the organization supporting the onshore recruitment team. Onsite Address: 3F, Brilliant Platina, Plot No.8, Sch. No.78, Indore, India, Madhya Pradesh.
Role Reports into: Supervisor, Recruitments



Job Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Use effective sourcing strategies such as Portals \xe2\x80\x93 Naukri, LinkedIn, Internet Sourcing, Networking, Cold Calls and Direct Mailing
  • Screening: Conduct screening, Assessments, and schedule in person/virtual interviews. Check candidates work history, competency, and other qualifications.
  • Scheduling: Plan interview and selection procedures. Contact candidates and confirm interview schedules.
  • Interviewing: Through simulation, behavioral assessment, conversational interviews
  • Negotiation: Negotiate salary/wage rates and other conditions of employment, gain acceptance from candidates to extend an offer of employment, and document activities in the appropriate database.
  • Documentation & Onboarding: Track the offer documentation process and the onboarding process. Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
  • Reporting: Day to day reporting to be tracked
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of screening submittals into interviews.
  • Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to develop & establish recruiting strategies that support their business/departments.
  • Commit to and meet weekly hiring needs for the organization.
  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are (Monday through Friday).Ability to support multiple time zones as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.



Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred
  • Prior work experience of 2+ years as a Recruiter (in house recruiter for high volume) supporting hiring in Non-IT/ IT roles.
  • Experience of conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress, conversational)
  • Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing and in-person screening)
  • Experience in recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) would be good.
  • Excellent comprehension, Communication (Verbal and Written), Negotiation and Presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills including telephone etiquette.
  • Preferred Experience in customer facing role, strong decision-making skills.
  • To have a good eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy and proficient computer skills
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
