Job Description

He is responsible for the security of men and material. He should have an experience to handle a team of 30 security guards and ASOs. He should be competent enough in monitoring security operations of the plant. He should have knowledge on all Security functions. He should be more vigilant and collect the information of internal and external and apprise to the HR head immediately to take decision accordingly. He should be competent enough in handling crisis situation. Handle the security staff ,safety and security of the hotel guests, employees hotel premises. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense. Report and investigate occurrences of accidents Removing wrongdoers or trespassers from the area. Having Certification in firefighting and First Aid preferred. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences. Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Correct and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazards. He should be presentable , well built and a good communication skills. Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. Proven experience as security officer . Handle the security staff, safety and security of the Plants, employees hotel premises. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators.
