• Manager in Sales who is responsible for managing customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and providing exceptional support throughout the buying process.
• Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
• Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture leads and close sales.
This role bridges customer service and sales by guiding customers through the purchasing journey and ensuring satisfaction post-purchase. The position involves lead nurturing, issue resolution, and building long-term relationships to drive sales and customer retention.
Sales Assistance:
• Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist customers in navigating the sales process, explaining pricing, discounts, and product availability.

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by ensuring a positive post-sale experience.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
• Issue Resolution:
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues during and after the sales process.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments (technical support, delivery, etc.) for timely resolution.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer care efforts with sales targets.
• Customer Feedback:
• Gather and share customer feedback with the sales team to improve products and sales processes.
• Conduct follow-up surveys or calls to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

? Increase MBO / SIS sale by implementing the right sales strategies
? Appoint new MBO / SIS counters in the Region
? Staff Management, Training, Daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports from all dealers.
? Co- ordination with distributors/ warehouse team for base stock at all SIS counters. Replenishment at all counters.
? Promoting, refilling Basic Tshirts and maintaining data of the company fixtures.
? Regular visits of all SIS and key retailers and sharing checklist / feedback with management.
? Guide sales team of MBO/SIS/ TIS counters to meet the sales target set by the company.
? Maintaining strong relationship with existing and potential clients and resolving all customers queries, grievances.
? Monitoring and checking all defects
? Mystery audits and reports, Inventory management by identifying slow movers and transfer of same to other counters.
? Co-ordination with MIS team for update on any malpractices
? Co -ordination and planning for Spring summer, Autumn winter, Preview booking and Projected booking plan, Growth of 15% on Season to Season for existing dealers and adding up new dealers every season.
Required Skills and Qualification
? 3-4 years of experience as an Area Manager in Distribution, MBO and SIS channels
? Knowledge of Advance Excel, Sales Reports, DSR, Email writing
? Good written and oral communication skills, experience of Team management
? Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
? Open for travelling
? Experience in handling billing software, customer service, people management
? Bachelor's degree in Business management or similar field (Odisa-Patna-Mumbai-Lucknow-Nagpur-Vidharbha-Jablapur-Indore-Bhuwneshwar)
