• Achieve sales targets

• Scout for projects and handle architects, builders, and contractors

• Manage OEMs

• Generate leads and demand

Key Responsibilities for Channel Sales

• Meet value and volume targets for the assigned geography

• Develop plans to achieve monthly business objectives and work towards budgeted targets

• Support dealers in reaching their sales targets through regular visits, scheme communication, and timely service

• Drive growth of core products and new offerings

• Analyze area-level data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives

• Expand sustainable sales potential by opening new dealer counters

• Implement channel initiatives and ensure control measures

• Address dealer queries promptly to maintain productive relationships

• Coordinate with other functions to ensure availability of material, services, and promotional tools to dealers

• Implement marketing plans, new launches, promotions, pricing, product mix, and distribution policies

• Manage accounting and audit-related queries

• Collect receivables as per organizational norms and review the creditworthiness of business associates

• Implement influencer loyalty programs and ensure extension of benefits as per defined structures

RequirementsRequirements:

• Proven experience in channel sales

• Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment

• Bachelors degree in business or related field (preferred)
