Requirement:
• 4-10 years of relevant work experience in the medical device (critical care).
• Experience in selling technical products to healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Equipment Market preferably from the Critical Care segment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualification:
• Graduate in any stream.
• Additional certifications in medical sales, healthcare management, or related areas are a plus.
Skills:
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Technical knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare products is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, Word, Power Point, and other sales tools.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ASM to join our sales team in the medical equipment sector. The ASM will assist in driving the sales and promotion of medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders. This individual will support the sales strategy, manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high levels of product knowledge and service excellence.
• Promoting medical equipment by visiting Clients (Hospitals/Doctors/Patients) in the assigned area
• Building and maintaining relationships with the clients/dealers by taking periodic feedback of the product/s and for orders inquiry
• Generating daily leads and regular follow up to progress.
• Assisting the team in organizing various Sales promotional Events.
• Maintaining an area wide sales target and monitoring the sales of all the dealers of the assigned area.
• Leading a team of BDMs & BDEs.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
