Job Title: Area Sales Lead - Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Department: Sales and Business Development
• Business Unit: Solar EPC
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
• Salary: ?5,00,000 - ?8,00,000 per year
• Grade Range: E2-E3

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth in the solar EPC market, focusing on projects ranging from 400 MW to 1-5 GW.
• Build strong relationships with utilities, renewable energy authorities, and government bodies in Rajasthan.
• Identify and secure business opportunities in Jaipur's industrial and commercial sectors.
• Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor state-specific tenders and stay updated on policy developments.
• Represent the company at regional industry conferences and forums.
• Stay informed about competitors and advancements in solar technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Graduate in Engineering or Business; certifications in solar technology preferred.
• Experience: 4-6 years in Solar EPC Sales, specializing in rooftop and ground-mount solar projects.
• Preference: Familiarity with Rajasthan's business ecosystem and broader market.

Core Skills:

• Strong understanding of Rajasthan's solar energy market and industrial landscape.
• Proficiency in PVsyst, Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Connections with local DISCOMs, nodal agencies, and policy stakeholders.
