We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the education sector, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our Philips-Education solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

• Generate business through the education industry, focusing on sales of Philips-Education solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and target potential customers in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, understanding their specific needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with educational institutions.
• Provide ongoing support and customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with company team members to generate and meet with prospective leads.
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis, focusing on the Odisha or East region.
Required Skill-
Proven sales experience, preferably in the education industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Passion for education and knowledge of the education market.
Passion for education and knowledge of the education market
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Good knowledge of Video-Conferencing product.
Familiarity with Video-Conferencing products and their applications.
Exposure to the East region market.
Qualifications
• Experience managing sales teams and generating/maintaining relationships with sales leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Experience in Technical or product sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
