Job Purpose:
- Planning, implementing and managing SEO strategy for Asian Paints
- Work towards organic business growth and ROI maximization
Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas):
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy for paints and home d- cor businesses (asianpaints.com & beautifulhomes.com)
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research using various tools
- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Monitor traffic and website analytics for conversion improvements
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with web developers, agency and marketing team
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
- Create and edit content with writer to include popular keywords
- Use analytical tools to gauge the success of content
- Take initiative/ Work with media teams, content writers and brand teams to optimize for search beyond Google (Youtube, other social media)
Key Performance Indicators :
- Growth in traffic for Asian Paintss websites
- Category/ product/ service wise growth in traffic
- Keyword ranking improvement for targeted keywords
- Improvement in domain authority of websites
- Ranking improvement on Youtube and other platforms for organic search
- Improving Search Visibility and CTRs
- Building quality backlinks and having a good score

Role Requirements / Specifications:
Qualifications: MBA Marketing, 21 batch
Previous Experience: 2-3 years in SEO manager or similar role; proven success in SEO
