We are seeking a skilled and passionate Asian Chef to join our culinary team.
• Design and develop a unique menu featuring diverse Asian dishes, incorporating traditional and modern cooking techniques.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, ensuring high-quality, authentic flavors and presentation.
• Oversee and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock levels of fresh ingredients and coordinating orders with suppliers.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient and smooth service during operating hours.
• Strong expertise in Asian cuisines with a comprehensive understanding of ingredients, spices, and cooking methods unique to each.
