Hybrid/WFO: HybridWill laptop be provided: System will be providedMust have skillsets: Attention to detail, Good communication (written & spoken), Co-ordination, MS Office * Interacting on daily basis with Sales.- Monitoring & managing meeting requests for Sales team across multiple outlook calendars.- Filling meeting gaps for upcoming events and keeping Sales informed of scheduling gaps- Blasting meeting invites to clients and monitoring responses on behalf of Sales.
- Sending out pre-approved content to clients on behalf of Sales
- Registering clients to events organized by Sales and monitoring follow ups.Office timings: 8.30am to 5.30pmSkill set required:

  • We are looking for a confident and outgoing person, who has exceptional attention to detail.
  • MBA/Graduates with 0-1 years of experience
  • Excellent written & spoken English; Excellent business writing skills
  • Excellent telephone skills (regular phone contact with team required)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel.
