The learning and development experience is designed to prepare our consultants for their current roles and the next level of challenges in their career progression. It is delivered through a combination of live (local, regional, and worldwide) and distance learning offerings (e-learning and virtual classrooms). The Asia Pacific L&D Team works closely with Functional Practice Areas to drive their learning and upskilling agenda in terms of core, functional and technical skills. TDA is the Technology & Digital Advantage function and our learners are expert tech consultants to our clients. Your role includes the following: L&D Coordination & Operations- Operations: Work with speakers (external/internal) to plan and coordinate for training sessions Produce sessions (Hosting our virtual live sessions from opening the sessions, welcoming the participants, introducing the presenters and final closing.) and maintain recordings database Collect Feedback promptly and send feedback summary to Trainers Collect nominations for external programs and send to Vendors, and organize trainings accordingly Help to manage programs for tracking and enhancing the community and affiliation of TDA and Platinion consulting staff, via tools such as the BCG PA affiliation database, the TA affiliation list, distribution lists, local affiliation event tracking, etc. Reporting and Administration: Maintain Learning Records (Learning Hours, Attendance, Feedback etc.), ensure LMS records are always up to date, and maintain all data trackers to ensure error free data reporting Maintain a Learning Dashboard and publish reports that can be shared with Leadership Be well-versed and skilled on internal tools and database Maintain Microsites for L&D and Onboarding with the latest information Maintain TDA/PLA email distribution lists Communication: Create and send communications for Learning Events such as Invites, Reminders, and Request for Feedback Ensure pipeline of eligible candidates is sent to Local system, Regional and WW L&D teams for Programs Designing and preparation of Monthly Calendars and Communications, based on needs and business goals Collaboration & Team Support Support other AP L&D activities as needed as part of the broader team agenda Setting up skeleton decks for regular team meetings & taking notes as required Organizing and maintaining the team SharePoint site and Edcast Channels Work with L&D Manager to understand development needs of individuals coming into BCG and ensure that these are well documented and followed up on in the onboarding YOU\'RE GOOD AT Being well-planned, organized, and able to prioritize and work on multiple projects Having a customer-centric attitude specially to ensure that new joiners and learners get an amazing experience Working independently and effectively in a hybrid team environment, partnering across functions, geographies, cultures, and staff levels within BCG Ensuring a high level of attention to detail in delivery Consensus building - in writing, speaking and presenting information Maintaining confidentiality and exhibiting sound judgment at all times Being a team player with high motivation, energy, resourcefulness, and a friendly manner Focusing on stakeholder needs which at times means being flexible, and able to work in deadline-driven environment Utilizing independent judgment within framework of established procedures, policies and objectives in decisions effecting projects and initiatives Communicating effectively in various forums YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Undergraduate degree. Proficiency with Technology topics is a plus Minimum 4-5 years professional experience in L&D/HR, preferably in a professional services firm, and/or demonstrated coordination / execution of complex tasks Post graduation is desired but not necessary Office Tools: proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with Learning platforms (SABA, Edcast) Fluency in English Ideally international experience during studies or professional employment. Awareness of cultural differences and willingness to adapt workstyle to a multi-cultural environment YOU\'LL WORK WITH You will be part of the Asia Pacific Regional L&D & TDA Functional BST team. Your direct line manager is AP L&D Senior Manager, also based in Gurgaon. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will also work with L&D teams in our local systems across our regions as well as with counterparts and colleagues in our Global L&D teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
