Role-ContractJD:
Expertise in Designing, coding, testing, and documenting the results as per the Quality standards.
. Provide service improvement plans to service management team and prepare documentation.
. Job/System performance & storage monitoring.
. Management of subsystems, job queue, output queue .
. Checked daily logs, System status, Problems in AS/400.
. Created and present daily, weekly & monthly status reports to Reporting Manager .
. Coordinated and worked with vendors on hardware/software maintenance or problems.
. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technologies.
. Maintain good co-ordination with the team members.
. Working extensively with the Onsite - Offshore model possessing good user communication skills and debugging skills.
