• Mustbe a Networking Subject Matter Expert
• Networkengineers to provide 24x7 network support globally.
• Dayto day operational functions related to Cisco routers, switches, Arubawireless, load balancers, WAN Optimization Devices, Firewalls and DNSManagement
• Technicallyguide the team to troubleshoot and close the issues.
• Understandand monitor the SLAs and drive the team to close all the issues as per theagreed SLA.
