Human Resource Business Partner
Job Purpose : The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment strategies and practices along with managing other HR functions.
Key Deliverables :
A) 60 % of the role is into Talent Acquisition majorly into Sales Hiring across levels :
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition, hiring plans and strategies
- Owning all recruitment functions (Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and Onboarding); ensuring that we attract best available talent.
B) 40% of the role is into other HR Functions including, however not restricted to :
- Talent Engagement and Development
- Taking care of PMS
- Work and Support Organization Design
- Build succession plans
- Design employee practices & related policies
- Overseeing & managing Total Rewards
- Managing HRIS ; Implementation & Maintenance
- Upkeep employee engagement metrics & Surveys, like retention and turnover rates
- Propose best industry practices
Role Specification :
- Minimum 6 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources
- Result Driven professional, who aspires to grow with the organization
- Someone who prefers investing in self development periodically will be given preference, not really finicky if the candidate is a full time/part time MBA
- Location ; Gurgaon
- Reporting ; Head of HR
- Nature of Role ; Assistant Manager Level/ Role is Individual Contributor
