Job Description

Add-Ins Education is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable tutor to teach Class 11 & 12 Arts students. The tutor should have expertise in History, Geography, and Political Science and a passion for guiding students toward academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring for Class 11 & 12 students in History, Geography, and Political Science.
• Develop customized lesson plans aligned with the curriculum to meet individual student needs.
• Explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner to foster understanding.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for exams through targeted revision and practice.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation in Arts (specialization in relevant subjects preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of teaching or tutoring experience in the specified subjects for senior secondary classes.
• Skills:
• Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of Class 11 & 12 Arts curriculum.
• Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel academically.
• Familiarity with current teaching strategies and educational technologies.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Looking for
