Post: Art & Craft Teacher

Salary: 12 to 15K

Qualification: B.A. /M.A. (Arts Side) + Any certification for art and craft.

Experience: 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging art and craft lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Teach students various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
• Guide students in exploring different craft projects such as paper crafts, textiles, and DIY creations.
• Encourage students to express themselves creatively and develop their own artistic style.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Organize and display student artwork throughout the school and during events.
• Maintain an organized and well-supplied art and craft classroom.
• Stay updated with current art and craft trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Art and Craft Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various art and craft techniques and materials.
