The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in printing packaging, specializing in packaging design artwork and preparing data for print production. They should be proficient in color separation, including managing embellishments like UV coatings, and have experience using preflighting software to ensure print readiness. Candidates should have a strong understanding of tolerances and quality standards within the print and packaging industry.Responsibilities: * Prepare packaging design artwork for print production using Artpro software, ensuring accurate representation of all embellishments, special colors, and UV coatings.

• Conduct color separation and manage color profiles to achieve optimal print results and consistency across various printing processes.
• Collaborate closely with designers and clients to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise in preparing digital files for print.
• Utilize preflighting software to perform comprehensive checks on digital files, identifying and resolving any potential issues related to printability and file integrity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications, including tolerances for color accuracy, trapping, and registration.
• Coordinate effectively with printing operators and production teams to communicate job specifications and requirements, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay abreast of advancements in printing technologies, software tools, and industry trends to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on Artpro software usage and best practices in packaging prepress operations.
