Viennoiserie artisan baker: The Bread Baker is responsible for producing visually appealing and good tasting breads and
pastries to standards. You will prepare and bake bread, viennoiseries, desserts, or
other products.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and bake food according to recipes and experience.
Observe and test foods to determine if they have been baked sufficiently, taking
temperatures.
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils
and equipment.
Accountability and ownership over ovens
3-5 years prior baking experience required- bread and viennoiserie preferred.
Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
Commitment to the service values and ethics of the client company.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.
Early Morning Shift
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code.
Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
