Job Description
Artificial Intelligence AI/API - Trainer Key Responsibilities: Design and develop training content for instructor-led classes and eLearning. Manage classes and curriculum development focused on our IVA, API and Web Services classes Deliver technical training both remotely and in-person. Engage with customers and internal team members on defining training needs. Consult with subject matter experts to understand technical requirements. Create recorded training videos and training webinars. Build and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Minimum 1 years of instructional design and delivery in a technology capacity. Background developing technical training for both classroom and virtual classroom delivery. Must be a poised, confident communicator with experience leading classroom training both in-person and remotely. Deep understanding of Cloud-based services, networking, Internet concepts and web services. A degree in Computer Science or related field. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From 25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
