Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Chartered Accountant in conducting audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with laws and regulations. Direct & Indirect Tax, Internal, Statutory, Tax, TP Audit, Accounting & ROC Compliance.

- Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

-Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

-Assist in preparing documentation for internal control reviews.

-Participate in fieldwork activities, including inventory observation and testing of transactions.

-Conduct research on tax laws and accounting regulations.

-Prepare client correspondence and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Completed or pursuing the Intermediate level of the Chartered Accountancy course.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and audit procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, ZohoBooks, or SAP would be an added advantage.

Salary: As per ICAI norms, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary negotiable for strong experience candidates.
