Job Summary:

Epistemo Vikas Leadership School is currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our primary education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive art education to students

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Develop and implement an inspiring and developmentally appropriate art curriculum for primary grades, fostering creativity and artistic expression. Design lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and educational standards.

Instructional Delivery:

Deliver interactive and hands-on art lessons, incorporating a variety of techniques, mediums, and artistic styles. Provide guidance and support to students in exploring their artistic abilities and developing their skills.

Artistic Exploration:

Encourage students to experiment with different art forms, materials, and techniques, fostering a love for the arts. Facilitate opportunities for students to express themselves creatively and imaginatively.

Art Appreciation:

Introduce students to various artists, art movements, and cultural traditions, promoting an appreciation for art history and diversity. Engage students in discussions and activities that deepen their understanding of art concepts and aesthetics.

Exhibition and Display:

Organize and curate student artwork for exhibitions, showcases, and displays within the school and community. Celebrate and recognize students' artistic achievements and contributions.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow teachers, faculty, and administrators to integrate art across the curriculum and enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Teaching certification with a focus on art education. Previous experience teaching art to primary-grade students. Proficiency in various art mediums and techniques. Creativity, passion for the arts, and the ability to inspire students. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
