As a Art Director , you will be an integral part of our Design Team assisting in the development and implementation of graphic design strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement with target audience. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of graphic design while contributing to real projects and campaigns. Key Responsibilities:1. Graphic Design Projects:
Assist in the creation of visual assets for various marketing materials including digital advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics and print collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and design materials that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
2. Content Creation:
Design engaging and visually appealing graphics, illustrations and layouts to enhance the company\'s online presence and storytelling.
Work closely with copywriters and content creators to integrate visual elements seamlessly into marketing campaigns.
3. Photo Editing and Manipulation:
Edit and retouch product photos, lifestyle images and other visual assets to ensure high-quality and consistency across all channels.
Assist in sourcing and selecting images for use in various marketing materials.
4. Creative Ideation:
Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for visual content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our brand in the market.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
5. Collaboration and Feedback:
Participate in creative meetings and contribute to discussions on design concepts and strategies.
Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve project goals.
Requirements:
Completed a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects (please include a link or samples with your application).
Knowledge of typography, colour theory and layout principles.
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and receptive to constructive feedback.
