: Role: Art Director/Team Manager Work Location : Pune/Mumbai Key Purpose : Ensure consistent and high-quality positioning and messaging of all aftermarket brands according to market segmentation, tailored to audience groups. Job Family : Sales & Market (Aftermarket Division) Your Tasks: Coordinate jobs and time planning with in-house graphic/photo/video-team and international marketing-team to provide requested assets in time Plan design-team capacities for implementation of requested marketing assets Set-up an end-to-end process to assure high-quality output of all assets across all ZF Aftermarket brands, requested channels and formats Art direction and quality-check for marketing assets Ensure compliance with the latest brand guidelines, brand positioning and strategic directions to avoid brand delusion Assist with branding efforts and strategy with creative assets that can be applied across websites, signage, verbal communications, photography, etc. Accompany brand and channel managers to create ready-to-use assets across all channels Provide training and coaching to the team members Interface with other internal partners as required Assist in estimating project timelines, staffing requirements and scheduling needs Your Profile: Min. 10+ years' experience as a Creative or Art Director Or experience as Graphic Designer at an agency working on industrial customers with an excellent portfolio Excellent graphical and creative skills and the ability to think out of the box. Professional in handling applications from the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) as well as MS Office products Degree in media design & Expert project management skills, experience in agile working methods Attention to detail and willingness to deliver high-quality results Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines to continuously manage multiple high priority tasks. Flexibility, high commitment, and a team player. Customer orientation and Hands-on mentality. Intercultural expertise English (written and verbal) at professional level. German beneficial. Able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment. Proactive problem solving--both technically and creatively--with constant attention to process improvement.
