Need to be well-versed with software knowledge and the trends going on. Need to work with the Creative Head in building integrated creative concepts across a variety of brands and across all channels including digital, experiential, print and films. Identifying trends & insights and developing creative campaigns & working on pitches. Contributing and executing ideas for 360-degree ad campaigns through brainstorming and working in tandem with the team and their copy partners. Award ideas would also be a crucial part here. Needs to be a team person with the passion to do well and learn as we all grow. Need to be passionate and honest about his/her work Need to be a thinker and good with ideas. Responsible and accountable.
