Years of Experience - 5+ Years Agency Experience - 4+ years Portfolio Must - While applying for this position or share your profile directly at [HIDDEN TEXT] Location - Chakala (Andheri) Working Days - Monday - Friday Graphic Designer will get a chance to work on : Brand Identity Design Brand Strategy Visual Collateral Design Packaging Design Publication Design Social Media Design KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be working directly with the core team, discussing strategies, right from concept building through execution. Brand strategy in terms of positioning, messaging, and visual proposition Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts and present ideas internally as well as externally Meeting project deadlines individually as well as a team Coordinating with other agencies, marketing team, printers, and colleagues as and when necessary Communicating with clients directly (After a period of time) about layout and design and amend designs after receiving feedback Guide junior designers and helping them with feedback/concepts/ideas REQUIREMENTS - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools/software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator - A strong eye for visual composition - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines - Able to give and receive constructive criticism - Understanding of marketing, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, strategy, and design processes
