Art Director (motion Graphics)
Job Description
1. Ideating and conceptualizing high-engagement and impactful content.
2. Pitch creative solutions, through mood boards or sketches to convey ideas and supervise the same with the team.
3. Leading the animation projects with creativity and ensuring a smooth start-to-end delivery of the animation project content.
4. Ensuring the highest quality, craft, and implementation of all creative work.
5. Led the concept, design, and execution of visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives and client delivery.
6. Working with in-house and external artists to complete the projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Approving the visualized animation content.
2. Having pitch and feedback meetings with clients.
3. Approving the final layouts, storyboards, illustrations, and animation while providing feedback.
4. Collaborate with creative, client services, and strategy departments to develop a variety of content that meets creative and strategic criteria (client briefs, feedback, team KPIs).
Skills/Requirements:
1. Expert knowledge of either illustrator or after effects.
2. A keen eye for design and visualization, and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Excellence in all visual elements (layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition).
4. Team player possessing leadership skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Salary: 8 -10 LPA
