Key Responsibilities

Concept Development: Generate original ideas and develop visual concepts for campaigns, products, or projects.
Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables are met.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives. Provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure the visual elements align with the overall project goals.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present ideas, and make revisions based on feedback.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently without compromising on quality.
Quality Control: Ensure the final output meets high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep the work fresh and innovative.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
Creative Vision: Strong visual and conceptual skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Leadership Abilities: Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and solve creative challenges effectively.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Industry-Specific Projects: min 8 year Experience in specific industries such as advertising, publishing, film, or fashion can be beneficial.
Advanced Technical Skills: Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D design, or other advanced design techniques.
Certifications: Additional certifications in design or project management.
