Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create the visual direction and design for projects, from concept to completion
- Develop sketches, layouts, and design artwork for print, digital, video, etc.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team to deliver end products
- Ensure quality across selected formats
- Keep up to date with current trends and industry practices
- Partner with other departments to ensure the creative vision aligns with project goals
- Uphold design standards, creative consistency, and client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations
