About The Company We, RentoMojo, were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate career. RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to non availability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis, thus, providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances. Currently, we have 130,000+ subscribers with a typical rental period of 1214 months. The current market size (as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025. With 1000+ people operations, the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back, Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer, they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm, they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021. You\'ll develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy, ensuring consistency and impact in marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and physical touchpoints. You\'ll be a key player in shaping RentoMojo\'s visual landscape, driving brand recognition and engagement. Responsibilities and Ownership: (Things that the role cannot miss) Develop and implement a comprehensive brand identity: Define the visual elements such as color palettes, typography, imagery, and tone of voice that represent RentoMojo\'s values and resonate with our target audience. Lead and manage the creative team: Foster a collaborative environment where designers and copywriters thrive, providing guidance and mentorship to maximize their talents. Conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns: Create visually compelling campaigns that align with brand objectives and effectively communicate RentoMojo\'s benefits to potential customers. Design user-friendly and engaging digital experiences: Ensure our website, app, and other digital platforms are not only functional but also visually appealing and intuitive to navigate. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure consistent brand representation across all initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of design trends and best practices in the rental furniture industry and beyond, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Preferred Qualifications : Your work till now will be the first qualification that would matter to us. Other than that, you should be: Minimum 6 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand identities and marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, composition, and user experience (UX). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
