Roles and Responsibilities: Creates and leads original designs from concepts; Able to direct those efforts to others through the completion Creates and communicates concepts that intrigue and inspire both peers and clients with a smart rationale to back them up Collaborates with the Copy Director to ensure that both the copy and visuals are in perfect sync to make the concept as powerful, vivid, and compelling as possible Effectively manages a team through project completion Participates in client presentations/reviews, supports pitches and sales efforts Actively trains, mentors, and provides guidance to junior-level designers Qualifications: Agency experience working across all channels; broadcast television is a must A strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients Experience working with large teams in a client-facing role Excellent written and presentation skills Able to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Website Link: https://gypsymoth.in/home About us: Gypsy Moth is an integrated agency catering to fashion & and lifestyle brands only.
