We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various counseling areas such as medical records, patient assessment, child family counseling, dementia care, behavioral therapy, and pediatrics. ## Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine counseling needs
- Provide counseling services to individuals, families, or groups
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to address specific issues
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and outcomes
- Offer support and guidance to patients dealing with various challenges
- Conduct group therapy sessions when necessary

## Experience
- Prior experience in medical records management and patient assessment is preferred
- Familiarity with child family counseling, dementia care, and pediatrics is a plus
- Proficiency in conducting research related to counseling practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent communication skills for effective therapy sessions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?16,255.00 per month
