Job Description

Duties:-

• Teaching drawing to students from beginner to advanced level.
• Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans.
• Preparing students for school competitions and planned drawing experiences.
• Preparing students for practicals and exams.
• Inspiring and motivating students to extend themselves
• Building relationships and mentoring students.
• Paying extra attention to the struggling students.
• Creating a fun and engaging environment.
• Reporting students' progress to the parents and to higher management.
• Organizing events to showcase the students' talents.
• Staying updated with the latest developments.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in arts.
• License to teach as an academic (state requirement).
• Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Formal training or apprenticeship will be an advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management abilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• A patient and creative individual.
