The Area Service Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for: 1. Installations and maintenance of IVD instruments/systems in a laboratory environment. 2. Providing effective product and customer support. 3. Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) & Modification (MOD\'s) planning in timely manner. 4. Timely reporting of his/her activities, Maintains excellent customer relationship. Specifically, with his/her directly assigned accounts. 5. Service escalation process, liaises with Technical support Specialist 6. Adhering to field service policies, procedures, and standards. Travelling within the territory. Available to travel in short notice. This position is part of the Service Department located in Pune and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Grow along with a leading IVD segment organization. Provide onsite support for our instruments which will lead to advancing healthcare and patient supports. Probity to interact with our team of service professionals and other cross function which are very critical for the role. The essential requirements of the job include: Education: Diploma or Graduation- Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering. Experience: Six-Twelve years of working experience on High Throughput Hematology, Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay instruments. Should have knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues. Good understanding of Oracle/Service systems and business process flow. Computer Proficiency: MS -office, Teams, Networking, Ability to learn new tools or software as per the need. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Can independently handle 1 or more product group (example Immunoassay Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer or Chemistry Analyzer) with timely expert support.
