Job Role: Area Service Incharge

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience : Min. 5-7 Years

Salary : 3.6 LPA-4.2 LPA CTC

Qualification : Bachelors/Masters degree /Relevant field

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending projects.
• Act as the highest source of information for all the service experiences by offering knowledge, advice and answering questions and concerns .
• Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing reps, dealers and distributors.
• Ready to travel frequently to generate revenue.
• Monitor existing service centres work and appoint new service centres to provide ultimate satisfaction to consumers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and new innovations, materials, tools and /or processes that can benefit the company .
• Appoint new ASPs (Authorized Service Provider) in the desired area.
• Must interact with the prospect Service Centres/Distributors in order to reinforce the marketing strategies of the company.
• Analyse markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitor's position and depth of customer base to redesign service strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant work experience as an ASM is preferred.
• Forecast service by units segment by segment.
• Solid understanding of SLA and TAT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other service centers.
• Technical knowledge in terms of appliances should be there.
