You are also responsible for generating Service Revenue in your territory.This position is part of the West Service Team located in Ahmedabad and will be fully remote. And Delivers basic operational training at installation.
2. Provide effective product and customer support.
3. Ensures Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) are performed in timely manner.
4. Seeks timely support for difficult product issues avoiding unnecessary down time.5. Performs timely reporting of his activities.
6. Maintains excellent customer relationship, specifically with his/her directly assigned accounts. And adheres to field service policies procedures and standards.
