:
We are seeking an Area Sales Representative to expand our market presence and maximize business opportunities within the assigned territory. The primary focus of this role is to recruit new distributors/dealers in untapped areas and effectively manage relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:
• Identify and evaluate potential areas for market expansion through comprehensive market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and establish a strong presence.
• Recruit and onboard new distributors/dealers in target areas to expand our customer base.
Existing Client Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Sales Performance Analysis:
• Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales targets, market share, and revenue growth, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
