Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Officer to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution: Drive the sales process in your assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities within your area, conduct market research, and monitor competitors to drive sales growth.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing sales strategies and expanding the customer base.
• Product Promotion: Promote the company's products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and providing solutions to any sales-related challenges.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including performance updates, market trends, and customer feedback, and share with senior management.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Market Feedback: Collect and provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer support.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role, or related industries.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Customer Focused: Ability to understand and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the assigned area, local market conditions, and customer behavior.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and mobile sales applications.
