Job Objective :
To ensure achievement sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives at the dealer level; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field.
Primary Responsibilities :
• Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tata TISCON from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same through appropriate conversion of leads.
• Locates territories for appointment of new dealers wherever necessary.
• Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers.
• Tracks Competitors' activities and gathers market intelligence.

Qualification & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must be 12thPass/Graduated
Job Type: Full-time
