1. Identify and establish relationships with new dealers and maintain existing partnerships.
2. Promote and sell a range of building materials, providing exceptional customer service and support.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and address customer inquiries.
6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
7. Attend trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
8. Provide training and support to dealers regarding product features, benefits, and best practices.
9. Required daily 8-9 visits.
10.Meet sales target on monthly basis
