Job Summary:



The Area Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the assigned hotels or hospitality services within a specific region. This role involves developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting hotel services, banquet halls, event spaces, and corporate accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Revenue Growth:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings, event spaces, and F&B sales. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Business Development:

Identify potential corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and hospitality partners. Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key accounts. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotions:

Assist in planning promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers. Represent the hotel at trade shows, corporate meetings, and networking events.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the hotel operations, front desk, and event management teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Experience:

2-5 years in hospitality sales, hotel sales, or related field.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Knowledge of hospitality sales, corporate tie-ups, and event management. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Preferred Candidates:



Candidates with experience in hotel sales, corporate tie-ups, or travel agency partnerships. Self-motivated individuals with a proven track record in sales and revenue generation.

Pay: ?9,695.36 - ?30,685.28 per month
