We are seeking proactive Area Sales Officers and Managers to join our Agency Vertical. The role involves driving business growth by recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets.
As part of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the agency network and delivering exceptional customer service.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Recruit and develop a team of insurance teams to drive sales.
• Train and mentor teams to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
• Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and performance reviews with agents.
• Build strong relationships with agents and clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Monitor and analyze agent performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?650,000.00 per year
